The Jim Shortridge Agency, a full service asset protection and financial planning firm serving communities in and around Oklahoma City, is partnering with the Oklahoma United Methodist Circle of Care to provide outreach services to families in the region that require assistance.
The Oklahoma United Methodist Circle of Care offers a broad array of services for families in crisis, from temporary housing for youth and foster children to advocacy efforts on behalf of families facing financial difficulties. The OUMCC also operates Pearl’s Hope, a shelter for women and children seeking escape from homelessness or abuse.

Shortridge and his team are working to spread community awareness throughout Oklahoma City and beyond by reaching out to policy makers and families in the region over email and social media platforms. The Jim Shortridge Agency has been an affiliate of a national charity support group called “Agents of Change” since December of last year. After joining this group, the Shortridge team made the commitment to work with at least one new regional charity or nonprofit every 90 days.
